Privacy Policy — ToochiTech

Effective date: November 2025 — This Privacy Policy explains how ToochiTech collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit or use ToochiTech.com.

Legal pages: CopyrightPrivacy (this page)TermsDisclaimer

ToochiTech is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors and users. We operate globally and design our policies to comply with major privacy frameworks including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and Google's AdSense requirements. This policy also explains how we handle AI-generated images, advertising technologies, and simple anti-fraud measures used to protect ad quality and analytics integrity.

1. What we collect

We collect two categories of information:

  • Personal Information you provide voluntarily — name, email address, messages submitted via contact forms, comments, or when you request permissions or licensing.
  • Non-personal / technical information collected automatically — IP address, browser type and version, device model, screen size, operating system, referrer URL, pages viewed, time on page, and basic performance metrics. This data is used for analytics, security, and ad delivery.

2. How we use collected information

  • Deliver and improve the website experience, content, and navigation.
  • Provide support, respond to inquiries, and process licensing or partnership requests.
  • Display relevant advertising through Google AdSense and other third-party networks.
  • Protect the site and our users by detecting and mitigating fraudulent, bot, or low-quality traffic.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect our rights.

3. Cookies, tracking & advertising

We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar technologies (beacons, local storage) to collect usage data. This supports analytics, personalization, and advertising.

Google AdSense: ToochiTech uses Google AdSense to serve ads. Google may use cookies (such as DART) to serve ads tailored to your interests based on prior browsing. We delay loading AdSense for visitors who are presented with our human-check overlay (traffic-protection) until they are verified as human — this reduces invalid ad impressions and helps maintain ad quality. For crawlers and trusted referrers (Search Console, Google cache, AdSense crawler UAs), ads are allowed to load normally.

You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings. Disabling cookies may affect site behavior.

4. AI-generated images & content

Many images and visuals on ToochiTech are produced using AI tools under our direction and are treated as owned by ToochiTech for the purposes of this site. When third-party assets are used under license, we provide appropriate attribution on the relevant page. See our Copyright page for DMCA takedown procedures and licensing requests.

5. Traffic protection, bot & low-quality traffic detection

ToochiTech employs lightweight client-side heuristics and an optional overlay ("human gate") to detect and reduce automated, bot, traffic-exchange, or incentive-driven visits that can harm analytics accuracy and AdSense standing. Typical behaviors monitored (client-side only) include:

  • Browser automation signals (e.g., navigator.webdriver).
  • Extremely small viewports, missing plugins, or unnatural timing in navigation.
  • Suspicious referrers or hostnames commonly associated with traffic-exchange services.

If a visit is flagged as suspicious, the overlay blocks ad initialization and delays AdSense loading until the visitor interacts and is verified as human. Trusted crawlers (Google search/cache, AdSense crawler UAs, and other major search/social crawlers) are whitelisted so they always receive the full page without the overlay. This improves ad-quality signals and analytics hygiene.

Note: The heuristics run in the user's browser and do not transmit raw device fingerprints to third parties; only aggregated events are used internally for site protection and are not sold or shared.

6. Third-party services & disclosures

We may use third-party services for analytics (Google Analytics), advertising (Google AdSense and other ad networks), performance (CDNs), and content delivery. These providers have their own privacy practices — we recommend reviewing their policies. ToochiTech is not responsible for third-party data usage beyond our contractual controls.

7. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA summary)

EU / EEA (GDPR): If you are in the EU/EEA you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have rights to know categories of personal information collected, delete personal information (with exceptions), and opt-out of sale/sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law and after appropriate verification. We may ask for basic information to confirm identity before acting on requests.

8. Data retention & security

We retain personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described (support, communications, analytics, legal obligations). Aggregated, de-identified analytics data may be retained longer for trends and fraud prevention.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure — if you suspect a breach involving your data, contact us immediately.

9. Children

ToochiTech is a general information site and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us so we can remove it.

10. Copyright & DMCA

Please refer to our Copyright page for a full DMCA takedown procedure. If you believe your copyrighted work appears on ToochiTech without authorization, follow the instructions there to submit a takedown request.

11. Advertising & monetization transparency

We use advertising networks to monetize the site. Ads are delivered by third parties and may be personalized based on browsing activity. We take steps (including traffic protection and ad loading controls) to reduce invalid traffic and protect ad partners. Blocking or delaying ad code for suspicious visits helps maintain ad quality and reduces the risk of policy violations.

If you run paid campaigns that redirect to ToochiTech via a landing page or aggregator (e.g., Linktree), consider using UTM parameters (example: ?utm_source=linktree&utm_medium=bio&utm_campaign=ad_1) for accurate attribution in analytics.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Substantive changes will be shown with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Contact & data requests

For privacy requests, DMCA notices, licensing inquiries, or other legal matters, contact:

Email: toochitech@gmail.com

Mailing (optional): See Terms & Conditions for official business contact information.

Important: This Privacy Policy works together with our Disclaimer and Copyright pages. For advertising compliance, we intentionally whitelist major crawler UAs (AdSense crawler, Googlebot variants, Bing, etc.) so search and ad verification tools can access pages without obstruction. Suspicious traffic heuristics are designed to protect ad quality and analytics integrity and will not be used to discriminate against legitimate users.
